What is the promotion?
- The title of the promotion is “Niagara Fallsview Resort Tester”.
Who is the promoter?
- CasinoStake is the promoter of this event [CBS Global N.V, 9 Abraham de Veerstraat, PO BOX 3421 Willemstad, Curacao] and ICS-digital, operating on behalf of CasinoStake, is responsible for prize fulfilment.
Promotion details:
- Entry opens on 19/06/2024. The winner will be contacted within two weeks of the competition closing.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- CasinoStake reserves the right to amend/withdraw the competition at any time.
- The prize will be delivered via direct bank transfer or PayPal.
- By entering this promotion, the customer is opting in to this promotion and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- By entering the promotion, the winner accepts that his/her/their details and images will be used for promotional activity by CasinoStake and to follow the guidelines agreed in subsequent communication.
- By entering the promotion, the winner agrees to provide CasinoStake with detailed reviews and updates which will be used to populate the landing page upon completion, in the required time frame.

Who is eligible to enter?
- The competition is open to residents from North America aged twenty-one (21) years or over. Applicants must be 21+ and a North American resident – ID will be required if you are chosen to prove your age and residency.
The prize:
- The successful applicant will receive up to a maximum of C$500 in travel expenses (receipts must be provided) and C$500 payment on successful completion of their review. The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be redeemed.
- The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to force majeure.
- The prize is as stated, and no alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value, without giving notice.
- The expenses will need to be paid for by the winner and they will be reimbursed for this upon production of receipts by the promoter. The promoter will liaise with the winner to agree on the estimated expenses before purchase.
- The fees above are in Canadian Dollars.
How can the prize be claimed?
- The prize must be claimed by the winner and no third party may claim the prize.
- The winner will be notified by email within two weeks of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within 48 hours of the announcement, CasinoStake reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing time.
- The promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the prize.
What general terms apply to this promotion?

- When entering the competition, the entrants agree that any personal information provided may be stored and used by the promoter when administering the prize draw.
DISQUALIFICATION:
CasinoStake reserves the right to disqualify the winner if:

- If CasinoStake has any reason to believe that any customers/entrants have breached the terms and conditions, it reserves the right to exclude the customer/entrant from participating in the competition.
- The promoter’s decision, in respect of all matters to do with the competition, will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Canadian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
- The promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
